Regular Work Parties:

The Friends of Famosa Slough hosts work parties to remove trash & invasive plants, maintain trails & storm-water treatment ponds and also install native plants.   All levels of skills and families are welcome.  Bring a water bottle, sunscreen and work clothes.  We provide water and sunscreen on-site as well.

The next scheduled work party in 2023 will be on Saturday, Nov 11th. 

Regular work parties are the 2nd Saturday of odd numbered months. Meet along W. Pt. Loma Blvd about 200 feet east of the corner of Famosa Blvd. and W. Pt. Loma Blvd at 9:00 AM. Please RSVP or contact us for more information info@famosaslough.org
